TERMS & CONDITIONS – Prompt2Profit
Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Prompt2Profit: the business operating under these terms and conditions.
Customer: any natural or legal person who purchases a product or requests an earning link via the website.
Product: the digital e-book “Prompt2Profit” and any additional digital materials.
Affiliate Link: the personal promotional link that allows customers to earn commissions.
Article 2 – Scope and Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and services via the website www.prompt2profit.nl.
2.2 By placing an order or requesting an affiliate link, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Products and Delivery
3.1 Prompt2Profit offers digital products in the form of an e-book (PDF) and attachments.
3.2 Delivery is digital, usually immediately after payment or by email within 24 hours.
3.3 Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article 10 of these terms and conditions).
Article 4 – Payment and Prices
4.1 All prices are in euros, including 9% VAT (in accordance with the reduced VAT rate for e-books).
4.2 Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website.
4.3 Prompt2Profit reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Article 5 – Earnings Model and Commissions
5.1 Customers who purchase the e-book will have the opportunity to request a personal earnings link.
5.2 Non-buyers can also request an earnings link, but they will not have access to the content of the e-book.
5.3 Earnings Structure:
For the first 10 sales made through the personal link, the participant will receive €1 per e-book sold.
Starting from the 11th sale, the participant will receive 10% of the current selling price per e-book sold.
Starting from the 21st sale, the participant will receive 20% of the current selling price per e-book sold.
Starting from the 31st sale, the participant will receive 30% of the current selling price per e-book sold (maximum commission, currently ~€7.50 per book).
5.4 Commissions will be paid out after verification and approval by Prompt2Profit, to the bank account provided by the participant.
5.5 Prompt2Profit reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Article 6 – Use of the Earnings Link
6.1 The earnings link may be shared on personal social media, websites, or other online channels.
6.2 The use of spam, deceptive tactics, or prohibited marketing practices is not allowed.
6.3 In case of violation, Prompt2Profit may suspend or terminate the right to receive further commissions.
Article 7 – Support and Communication
7.1 Prompt2Profit aims to respond to received emails and inquiries within 24 hours.
7.2 Exceptions include situations such as illness, force majeure, or similar circumstances that reasonably prevent a response within 24 hours.
Article 8 – Liability
8.1 Prompt2Profit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products or the earnings link.
8.2 Use of the knowledge and strategies from the e-book is at your own risk.
8.3 Prompt2Profit does not guarantee any specific income level or success when using the earnings link or the strategies described in the book.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
9.1 All content, texts, prompts, and strategies in the e-book are protected by copyright.
9.2 It is not permitted to copy, resell, or publish the e-book or any part of it without written permission from Prompt2Profit.
Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
10.1 Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
10.2 By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to immediate delivery and waives the right of cancellation.
10.3 Refunds are only possible in cases of proven technical issues that cannot be resolved.
Article 11 – Amendments
11.1 Prompt2Profit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
11.2 The most up-to-date version is always available on the website.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
12.1 All agreements and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
